2 Heads of Romaine Lettuce
¼ cup sesame seeds
1 small package of almonds
1 bunch of green onions-diced
½ package of won tons
2-3 tbsp. of cilantro-minced
1 grated carrot
Red cabbage chopped up (put in how ever much you want-it just adds color)
Dressing:
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
½ canola oil (or any other vegetable oil)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
2 cloves finely minced garlic
2 tsp. grated ginger
Toast sesame seeds & almonds. Fry won tons in vegetable oil on medium to medium-high heat. Toss all salad ingredients together. Mix dressing together and pour about half onto salad. Toss salad and add more dressing if necessary.
